By Joe Ward | September 12, 2016 7:51am

CHICAGO — An 18-year-old woman was shot dead and two teenagers were wounded at a vigil for a man slain Saturday in Auburn Gresham, according to police and media reports.

The teens were standing in the 8900 block of South Justine Street at 8 p.m. Sunday when two people got out of a grey minivan and walked up to them before shooting, said Officer Ana Pacheco, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.

The woman was shot in the head and was taken to Little Company of Mary Hospital, where she was pronounced dead, Pacheco said.

The Cook County Medical Examiner's Office identified her as KeeKee Fleming, of the same block.

A 17-year-old was shot in his arm and was taken to Adovcate Christ Medical Center, where he was listed in critical condition, Pacheco said. A 16-year-old boy was shot in his buttocks and was also taken to Christ Hospital, where his condition was not released but police considered him to be stable.

The victims were at a vigil for a 23-year-old man killed Saturday in the same block the teens were shot on Sunday, according to the Sun-Times.

Each of the shooting victims are documented gang members, according to police.

No arrests have been made.
