MOUNT GREENWOOD — Four garages were burglarized by a man looking for unlocked garage doors and gates in Mount Greenwood, according to Chicago Police.
The burglar was seen walking through alleys during the late-night, early-morning hours, according to a community alert Tuesday by police in the Morgan Park District.
He is described as a white man with short, dark hair between 20-30 years old. He weighs about 200 pounds and stands roughly 5-foot-11, police said.
The burglaries occurred::
• Aug. 23 in the 11100 block of South Trumbull Avenue
• Aug. 25 in the 10700 block of South Trumbull Avenue
• Aug. 26 in the 10500 block of South Sacramento Avenue
• Aug. 26 in the 10900 block of South Drake Avenue
