CHICAGO — Here are documents explaining charges against five police officers involved in the October 2014 fatal shooting of Laquan McDonald.
These charges were filed with the Chicago Police Board, who will decide on whether to fire these officers, including Jason Van Dyke, who has also been charged with murdering McDonald.
