LOGAN SQUARE — A unique reuse of a Logan Square building with views of the 606 could be yours for a cool $2.85 million.

An architect turned a former working garage into an airy 7,600 square foot beauty overlooking the elevated trail in Logan Square.

The house, which already underwent a price cut according to real estate records, didn't completely lose touch with its original purpose as it has a four car garage.

The six bedroom home includes four and a half baths, a media room, three wet bars, a sound system and bow truss ceilings throughout.

The home, 2436 W. Bloomingdale Ave., was converted back in 2008 and is currently the most expensive listing on the market in Logan Square at $2.85 million. It was previously listed at $3.25 million.
