CHICAGO — Drivers should expect delays when traveling on the Stevenson Expressway this week.
Work on the Interchange Reconstruction Project will mean ramps and lanes are closed along the Stevenson at several points during the week, according to the Illinois Department of Transportation.
Here is a look at the closures:
• The northbound Stevenson entrance ramp from State Street and the northbound exit ramp to Martin Luther King Drive will be closed 10 p.m. Wednesday to 5 a.m. Thursday.
• The right lane on the northbound Stevenson will be closed midnight to 5 a.m. Thursday.
• There will be intermittent stops on the northbound Stevenson 1-5 a.m. Thursday.
• The ramp from the northbound Stevenson to southbound Lake Shore Drive will be closed 1 a.m.-5 a.m. Friday. There will be a detour.
