RIVER NORTH — Every Wednesday is now a pizza party at Eataly.
The Italian grocerant, 43 E. Ohio St., has started a weekly "all you can pizza" special after a successful trial run last weekend that drew nearly 700 customers.
"Chicago loves its pizza, that's for sure," Daltyn Terpstra, an Eataly spokeswoman, said.
The special now runs from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. every Wednesday at Eataly's La Pizza & La Pasta stand. Guests pay $22 per person for endless rounds of Neopolitan pies baked within 90 seconds. Guests must finish their pizza before ordering a new one.
