West Pullman Shooting Wounds Man, 25, Police Say

CHiCAGO — A 25-year-old man was shot and wounded in West Pullman on Saturday, police said.

At 1:51 p.m., the man was in the 12700 block of South Union Avenue when he was shot in his right leg, said Officer Michelle Tannehill, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.

The man was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center, where his condition was not available but he was listed as "stable," Tannehill said.

No one was in custody.
