ENGLEWOOD — All kind people, step up.

That's the call Cherice Phillips Price has put out.

Price is promoting the "Kindness Campaign," which will bring together on Tuesday those willing and ready to spread kindness. Participants will greet people, offer high-fives, handshakes and small talk.

They will also distribute treats, beverages and small cards with positive messages. The act of kindness will take place Tuesday at the corner of 63rd and Ashland from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

There will be a second gathering Saturday at 63rd and Cottage from noon to 1:30 p.m.

Donations accepted include monetary, bottled water, vegetable fruit pouches, granola bars and other treats.
