UPTOWN — Sheridan Park is bringing the party this weekend.
On Saturday, the 23rd annual Sheridan Park Yard Sale and the 4th annual Uptown Art and Music Festival will converge at the Sunnyside Mall, Magnolia and Sunnyside Avenues, from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m., according to a press release.
The Music festival will feature performances from Andrew Maoczkowski at 10:15 a.m., Eric Funkhouser at 11:30 a.m., Ron Lowy at 12:45 p.m. and Aaron Morales at 2 p.m.
The art festival will feature handcrafted goods from artists including: Dan Pellant, Jeniffer Dutton, Juan Gomez, Amy Reyes, Neta Levinson, Jeff Littleton, D Higgs, Mike James Michalski, Zaida D, Jackie Morin, Ron Carrera, Kevin Flynn, Jennifer Cheatow, Laura McKeown, Diamond Platina, Alan Curtis and George Tonyi.
There will also be kids crafts and food trucks from Heritage Outpost and Orfenda.
More than 20 households between Montrose and Lawrence Avenues and Browadway and Clark Street participated in the yard sale last year. In case of rain, the yard sale will be rescheduled for Sunday from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
