Auburn Gresham Shooting Wounds Man, 35, Police Say

CHICAGO — A 35-year-old man was shot and wounded in Auburn Gresham early Saturday, police said.

At 12:25 a.m., the man was in a park in the 7600 block of South Racine Avenue when three men on bikes came up to him, police said. One of the men took out a gun and shot at the man.

The man was hit in his back and left leg. He was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in serious condition, police said.

No one was in custody.
