ANDERSONVILLE — A car crashed into a hardware store Wednesday night in Andersonville.

Photos from the scene in the 5000 block of North Clark Street show a silver Infiniti that had struck a True Value Hardware store and police officers investigating the scene.

"Wow," the store's owner, Vladan Guzina, said while he checked out the front of the store at 5036 N. Clark St. on Thursday. He said there was no damage. "I had no idea."

The incident likely occurred after the shop closed for the day around 7 p.m., Guzina said.

No one was injured in the incident, which occurred around 10 p.m. Wednesday, said detectives investigating the scene Thursday morning.

Chicago Police News Affairs had no more information on the incident.
