PORTAGE PARK — Heads up, "Pokemon Go" users: The latest meetup will be held in the Six Corners Shopping District.

The meetup is set to start at 7:30 p.m. Friday at City Newsstand, 4018 N. Cicero Ave., and end at Josi's Frozen Yogurt Cafe.

"Pokemon Go" has taken the world by storm since it debuted last week with Nintendo, the maker of the game, growing $7 billion in market value.

The web-based app overlays digital creatures over users' real-life environment using geolocation, prompting players to take to the streets and scan their surroundings with their phones.

The first-ever "Pokemon Go meetup" is set for Sunday in Millennium Park.

We're creating a map to help you nab Pokemon within Chicago city limits.
