DOWNTOWN — Patrick Kane has listed his two-bedroom condominium in Trump Tower for sale, but the star Blackhawks forward isn't looking to score a huge return.

Kane, who was crowned the NHL's most valuable player late last month, listed the two-bedroom condo on the 33rd floor of the tower, 401 N. Wabash Ave., for $2.15 million Tuesday, according to the multiple listing service.

That's a modest markup from the $2.06 million he paid for the home in 2008.

The 2,100-square-foot condo has city, river, and lake views and includes luxury Wolf and Miele appliances, a Sub-Zero refrigerator and two-and-a-half bathrooms with limestone, slate and marble finishes, according to the listing. The condo assessments are $1,311 per month and the unit paid more than $20,000 in property taxes in 2015, according to the listing and property tax records.

A Blackhawks spokesman and Chezi Rafaeli of Coldwell Banker, who is handling the listing, did not return messages seeking comment. The Tribune, which first reported the listing, said Rafaeli and Kane have been spotted searching for larger single-family homes in the area.

A native of Buffalo, N.Y. and three-time Stanley Cup champion, Kane signed an eight-year, $84 million contract extension with the Blackhawks in 2014.
