UPTOWN — Chicago Women's Health Center will host its annual fundraiser, featuring a live DJ, craft beer, raffle prizes and appetizers.

From 6:30-8:30 p.m. July 18 at Revolution Brewing Brewpub, 2323 N. Milwaukee Ave., the group will hold its 4th Annual Revolutionary Healthcare fundraiser, according to a press release for the event.

“For over forty years, CWHC has provided care and services that people in Chicago need, but often cannot find anywhere else," said Board chair Emily Carroll. "Revolutionary Healthcare is our annual opportunity to celebrate and raise funds to ensure CWHC can continue providing righteous, compassionate care today, tomorrow, and into the future.”

The community-based nonprofit, located at 1025 W. Sunnyside Ave. in Uptown, "works to facilitate the empowerment of women and trans* people by providing access to health care and health education in a respectful environment where people pay what they can afford," according to a press release for the event.

The group provides primary care services, counseling, massage and educational programming throughout Chicago.

The fundraiser will include music from DJ Black Gold and raffle prizes from Ravinia, The Second City, Lillstreet Art Center and the Logan Theater, the release said.

Tickets, which are available here, range from $55-$65 and include unlimited beer.
