CHICAGO — Super-popular seafood eatery Angry Crab will open another location in Wicker Park this week.

The BYOB restaurant will open Saturday at 1308 N. Milwaukee Ave. Its first restaurant in West Ridge has been hugely popular, leading to long lines (and even an increase in business for neighbors).

The Nguyen brothers, who own Angry Crab, like "the diversity of the neighborhood ... the art, the feel of it," David Nguyen said in March, when they first confirmed the restaurant would come to Wicker Park.

Angry Crab serves Louisiana-style seafood with a northern California influence — just the type food the Nguyen brothers grew up eating in California, David previously said. They might add more menu items at their Wicker Park location since it's larger, David said in March, but he couldn't provide more details.

Customers choose their seasoning and sauce, with spiciness ranging from the mild "Calm Cubs" to the "HELLA SPICY Dangerous Hawks." There are also sides and appetizers like seasoned French fries and corn.
