CHICAGO — The Midnight Circus in the Parks tour will celebrate its 10th anniversary with performances throughout the city.

The group bring acrobats, aerialists and a few talented pets and kids to the parks for a 1½-hour circus performance under a big-top tent.

Tickets will go on sale Aug. 1. They cost $5-$20. Children 2 or younger can get in for free.

Here's the schedule:

• Aug. 27-28 at Ogden Park, 6500 S. Racine Ave.

• Sept. 3-4 at Gately Park, 744 E. 103rd St.

• Sept. 10-11 at McKinley Park, 2210 W. Pershing Road

• Sept. 16-18 at Wicker Park, 1425 N. Damen Ave.

• Sept. 24-25 at Oriole Park, 5430 N. Olcott Ave.

• Oct. 1-2 at Independence Park, 3945 N. Springfield Ave.

• Oct. 8-9 at Hamlin Park, 3035 N. Hoyne Ave.

• Oct. 14-16 at Welles Park, 2333 W. Sunnyside Ave.
