CHICAGO — A 39-year-old man was shot and wounded Wednesday night in Englewood, police said.

At 11:40 p.m., the man was standing in a parking lot in the 2000 block of West 63rd Street when someone in a beige car fired shots at him, said Officer Ana Pacheco, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.

The man was hit in the right arm. He was taken to Holy Cross Hospital in good condition, Pacheco said.

No one was in custody in the shooting.
