LOGAN SQUARE — What better way to celebrate a summer day than with a pig roast?

To break in its renovated patio Wyler Road is planning a roast this Saturday along with limited edition beers from Solemn Oath Brewery.

The party, 3581 W. Belden Ave., kicks off at 1 p.m.

There will be pig, specialty cocktails and a DJ.

The cost of the event is $15, which includes a sandwich made from Slagel Family Farm roast pork and a side or two or beer mac n' cheese and rhubarb slaw. Solemn Oath cans will range from $3 to $7.

The beers from Solemn Oath will include Snaggletooth Bandana (IPA), Fun Sponge (American Blonde), Hillbilly Stepdad (Dry Hopped Saison) and Butterfly Flashmob (Belgian IPA).

The party will continue into the night down the block at The Burlington, 3425 W. Fullerton Ave., with a lineup of music including Richard Vain, TPz, Bobby Burg's Love of Everything, Forgotten Species, Big Colour and Dan Rico.
