ANDERSONVILLE — After a two-month wait, Cantina 1910 officially opened its patio last week, officials said.
In April, the restaurant's owners met with neighbor groups for permission to open the patio.
The 60-person patio, at 5025 N. Clark St., offers "the neighborhood a new outdoor hotspot to soak in the sun and sip on refreshing craft cocktails" such as the cantina's Dr. Boyfriend, Tipsy Gringa and Cantina Libre, according to a news release for the restaurant.
The Dr. Boyfriend, which cost $12, features bourbon, grapefruit, grape syrup and Averna Amaro. The Tipsy Gringa, which costs $9, features citrus honey vodka, orange juice, sparkling wine and grenadine. The Cantina Libre, which costs $8, features rum, lavender cola and lime.
"We can’t think of a better way to take in the gorgeous weather than with flavorful and complex cocktails," the release said.
The patio is dog-friendly.
