AUBURN GRESHAM — A 30-year-old man was fatally shot while driving in Auburn Gresham on Saturday night, police said.
Around 8:20 p.m., the man was driving south in the 7600 block of South Eggleston Avenue when someone pulled alongside him in a burgundy-colored car and shot him multiple times in his torso, according to Officer Jose Estrada, a Chicago Police spokesman.
The man was brought to Advocate Christ Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
The Cook County Medical Examiner's Office identified the man as Carlton Hall, of the 7000 block of South Wolcott Avenue.
No one is in custody, Estrada said.
