UPTOWN — You should never drink and drive, but especially not this weekend with the Lincoln District on patrol looking for drunk drivers.
From 7 p.m. Saturday to 3 a.m. Sunday, officers will set up a DUI Strike Force Patrol, which will "saturate a pre-designated area with roving police officers that continually monitor [cars] for signs of impaired driving," according to a press release from the Chicago Police Department.
Officers will also be looking for drivers speeding and seat-belt violations, the release said.
