Adler Planetarium Free On Father's Day

CHICAGO — The Adler Planetarium will be free to all Illinois residents on Father's Day this Sunday.

General admission passes to the planetarium at 1300 S. Lake Shore Drive will be free Sunday, June 19 to all customers who can show proof of residency in Illinois.

The free day is a $12 value, according to the planetarium. Or, customers can take $12 off a basic pass, which would then cost $12.95, or an all access pass, which would cost $17.95.

Children are also free Sunday, but a child's basic pass for $11.95 or an all access pass for a $16.95.

The museum will be open Sunday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
