ANDERSONVILLE — This week, Appellation will introduce its newest dinner series, a price-fixed meal creating by its head chef using ingredients from Andersonville's Farmers Market.

Appellation Market Dinners consists of a three-course meal created by Chef Jesse Williams inspired the vendors at the weekly market. The meals, which cost $35, will be served every Wednesday starting at 5 p.m. at the wine bar and restaurant inside Pastoral, at 5212 N. Clark St., according to a news release for the meals.

The menu will change each week to "feature the best, brightest and most delicious ingredients." Ten-percent of the proceeds will go to LINK Up Illinois, which works to make farm fresh foods more affordable for low income residents of Illinois, the release said.
