CHICAGO — The city will be buzzing for the month-long Euro 2016 soccer tournament, which begins Friday and features the top teams in Europe.
Here are some options for Chicago restaurants, bars and clubs that either show all the Euro games or cater to a particular country's fans. Some of the games start as early as 8 a.m., so call ahead to make sure there's availability at your desired destination.

Albania
Brisku's Bistro in Irving Park, 4100 N. Kedzie Ave., is known for its Albanian food. Albania plays its first match Saturday against Switzerland. 773-279-9141
Austria
Fans might want to try Public House, 400 N. State St. in River North, which is airing all the Euro 2016 games. The establishment features a 30-foot video wall comprised of 12 separate 42-inch TVs. 312-265-1240
Belgium
Too bad there are no TVs at Hopleaf. Fado Irish Pub Chicago, 100 W. Grand Ave. in River North, will definitely be showing Belgium's games, including its June 13 opener against the mighty Italians. 312-836-0066
Croatia
A good place to start your search would be the Croatian Cultural Center Chicago, 2845 W. Devon Ave., in Rogers Park. Croatia first plays Turkey on June 12. 773-338-3839
Czech Republic
Cafe Prague, 6710 W. Belmont Ave. in Dunning, features a bar, TVs and Czech food. The Czech Republic first faces Spain on June 13. 773-427-7587
England
The Globe Pub, 1934 W. Irving Park Road in North Center, is known for huge gatherings of English Premier League fans. It will be showing all the Euro games, including each of England's telecasts. England first meets Russia on Saturday. 773-871-3757
France
The Euro 2016 host country will have 51 matches at 10 French cities. A nice spot to watch France's games could be Cafe Touche, 6731 N. Northwest Hwy. in Edison Park. The French restaurant/bistro has a bar with a few TVs as well. France hosts Romania on Friday in the Euro 2016 opener. 773-775-0909
Germany
One of Euro 2016's favorites will have lots of Chicago fans' support. Many of them will be at Dank Haus German Cultural Center, 4740 N. Western Ave. in Lincoln Square. The center will have "multiple big screen viewing options, authentic German food and drinks, and a ton of fan spirit," according to its website. Hungary

Iceland
The Icelandic Association of Chicago has no official watch parties listed, but you can always go to Timothy O'Toole's Pub, 622 N. Fairbanks Court in Streeterville. The pub is known for its soccer support, and it's home to 70-plus big-screen TVs. Iceland first faces Portugal on June 14. 312-642-0700
Italy
Head to A.J. Hudson's Public House, 3801 N. Ashland Ave. in Lakeview, which is known for being a hub for Italian soccer fans. Italy opens Euro 2016 against Belgium on June 13. 773-348-2767
Northern Ireland

You might find some Portugal fans — and likely backers of most Euro teams — at Cleo's, 1935 W. Chicago Ave. in East Village.
