PORTAGE PARK — A Portage Park man was arrested and charged Thursday after authorities said he made videos that depicted children younger than 13 engaged in sex acts.
Jose Zagal-Guadarrama, 31, of the 6000 block of west Byron Street is scheduled to appear in court Friday, according to the Chicago Police Department.
Zagal-Guadarrama was taken into custody Thursday and charged with two felony counts of child pornography for possessing and reproducing videos.
Zagal-Guadarrama was initially arrested April 21 after police identified him "as the person who possessed and disseminated videos containing images of child pornography," police said.
