LOGAN SQUARE — Not much sounds better than live music on a stoop drinking free beer.

The Front Porch Concert Series is back for a second year, and will be hosting a concert on a Logan Square stoop this weekend.

This Sunday's concert, which will feature free beer from Revolution Brewing and pie from Bang Bang Pie, will be held on the porch of 2444 N. Sawyer Ave. starting at 5 p.m.

MAKS The Fox, a folk band, and Hanna Ashbrook, who performed on season nine of "The Voice," will perform.

"I was kind of hoping it would turn into something like this, just very community-based events," said Carisa Marconet, a 23-year-old Logan Square resident who started the series last year. "Everyone is just so hospitable and nice, especially the hosts of the concerts.”

The first pop-up concert this year was held on a front porch in Ravenswood Manor in May.

This summer's tour will include stops in Bronzeville, Hyde Park, Garfield Park, Portage Park, Old Town, Andersonville and Pilsen.

Last year's concerts were for the most part secret events, but this year the organizer is opening them up to the public and publicizing them.

It's a chance for communities to come together and for attendees from other neighborhoods to explore a new part of the city.

"We just had so much fun [last year] we wanted to continue," Marconet said. "Lots of people like the aspect of being able to hang out outdoors with the community, kind of the spontaneity of a popup concert."

The concert series is still looking for people to host concerts on their porch for a number of scheduled events later in the summer.

The Bronzeville stop, June. 26, is confirmed for 615 E. Groveland Park.

The remaining stops need hosts. Anyone who is interested in hosting can email frontporchconcerts@gmail.com. They are:

July 17: Hyde Park

July 25: Garfield Park

Aug. 14: Portage Park

Aug. 28: Old Town

Sept. 11: Andersonville

Oct. 2: Pilsen
