CHICAGO — A Back of the Yards shooting left a 25-year-old man wounded early Saturday, police said.
At 3:15 a.m., the man was standing outside in the 4600 block of South Honore when someone fired shots at him, said Officer Bari Lemmon, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.
The man was shot in his leg and was taken to Stroger Hospital, where his condition was not released but he was listed as "stable," Lemmon said.
The man was a documented gang member, police said.
