EDISON PARK — Lovers of fresh veggies rejoice — the Edison Park Farmers Market will return starting Wednesday in a new location.

The market — featuring fresh produce, prepared foods, flowers, music, inflatable jump houses and children's activities — will take place from 4-8 p.m. Wednesdays in June, July and August, according to officials with the Edison Park Chamber of Commerce, which is sponsoring the market.

The market will take place at 6739 N. Northwest Highway next to the Edison Park field house. Last year, the market took place in the lot adjacent to the Metra tracks.

On market days, the parking lot next to the field house along Oshkosh Avenue will be closed from 1 to 9 p.m.

For more information, call the chamber at 773-631-0063.
