UPTOWN — The burlesque community in Uptown have been nominated for a number of Chicago Nightlife Awards.
Uptown Underground, Muffy Fishbasket, Kiss Kiss Cabaret and CoCo Sho-nell have all made it to the final round of nominations for the awards held at Concord Music Hall, 2047 N. Milwaukee Ave. on June 7.
The third installment of the annual awards is hosted by Jeremy Scheuch and includes performances by ProbCause, the Walters, Sleep On It and My Gold Mask.

Nominations include:
• Uptown Underground at 4707 N. Broadway is nominated for the Nightclub of the Year Award along with Smart Bar, The Mid, Berlin, Undergound, Beauty Bar, Spy Bar, Sound — Bar and the Debonair Social Club.
• The Kiss Kiss Cabaret at Uptown Underground is nominated for the Best Weekly Party Award along with Queen! at Smart Bar on Sundays, Porn and Chicken at evilOlive, the Trap House at Crocodile, El Hefe Sundays and Drag Matinee at Berlin.
• Muffy Fishbasket at Uptown Underground is nominated for the Best VIP Host Award along with Eric Boss at The Mid, Michael Ball at Sound-Bar and Spybar, Ashley Morgan at Call Bar, Carlos Ortiz at Cuvee and Christian Garcia at Concord Music Hall.
• Muffy Fishbasket and Coco Sho-nell are also nominated for the Best Drag Entertainer along with Lucy Stoole, Trannika Rex, Khloe and Frida Lay.
To vote for the Chicago Night Life Awards click here. People can vote daily until June 3 and winners will be announced at the awards on June 7.
