Fly Girl Dance and Fitness
GLADSTONE PARK — A health fair at Hitch Elementary School will offer hearing screenings, eye exams and fitness information.
Sponsored by Ald. John Arena (45th), the fair will take place from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Gladstone Park school, 5625 N. McVicker Ave.
The fair will also offer fitness information from Fly Girl Fitness and Gen-Ki Karate, Arena's office announced.
In addition, wellness specialists will be on hand to discuss an array of health issues, including disability care and muscle pain trigger points, the alderman's office said.
