West Town Shooting Wounds 25-Year-Old Man, Police Say

CHICAGO —  A West Town shooting left a 25-year-old man injured on Saturday morning, police said.

At 3 a.m., the man was sitting inside his car in the 500 block of North Marshfield Street when someone walked up and fired shots at him, said Officer Janel Sedevic, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.

The man was hit in his shoulder and was taken to Stroger Hospital in good condition, Sedevic said.

No one was in custody in the shooting.
