West Humboldt Park Shooting Wounds 20-Year-Old Man, Police Say

CHICAGO — A West Humboldt Park shooting left a 20-year-old man wounded Wednesday night, police said.

At 8:15 p.m., the man was walking out of a business in the 4200 block of West Division Street when he heard shots and felt pain, said Officer Laura Amezaga, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.

The man was shot in the leg and was taken to Stroger Hospital, Amezaga said. His condition was not released but he was listed as "stable."

No one was in custody in the shooting.
