Three Dots And A Dash Debut Fresh Drinks, Food On New Menu

RIVER NORTH — Three Dots and a Dash, the popular tiki bar in River North, has a new menu including nearly two dozen new cocktails. 

The bar at 435 N. Clark St. is switching over to the fresh menu Friday, according to a spokeswoman for Chicago restaurant chain Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises. The debuting drinks are devised by mixologist Julian Cox, who's been called the "king of L.A.'s bar scene." 

"The creativity that Julian and the Three Dots team have brought to this new menu is really impressive," R.J. Melman, Lettuce's managing partner, said in a statement. "He's one of the most innovative bartenders in the country, and we are excited for our guests to come in and taste something new."

Chef Doug Psaltis has also added updated food offerings including "The Big Kahuna Burger" with smoked ham and pineapple, Peking duck wraps, and a green papaya salad.

Three Dots and a Dash opened in 2014 and has since won recognition from the Food Network, OpenTable, and elsewhere. Check out the new menu in the slideshow above or scroll down below:
