JEFFERSON PARK — Far Northwest Side residents can safely dispose of sensitive documents and protect themselves from identity theft at an event set for Wednesday.
Ald. John Arena (45th) is offering free document shredding from 5-8 p.m. in the parking lot of Hoyne Savings Bank, 4729 N. Milwaukee Ave.
Residents of the 45th Ward can also cast their vote in the ward's participatory budgeting election during the event, officials said.
