CHICAGO — Big Star has teamed up with Dove's Luncheonette to offer breakfast tacos on the weekends.
The $3-$4 tacos will be available at Big Star's to-go window, located at 1531 N. Damen Ave., 9-11 a.m. Fridays to Sundays. But if you stop by on Cinco de Mayo, you'll be able to get a taco for free!
You'll also be able to get freshly squeezed orange juice and Dark Matter coffee.
Here's a look at the tacos:
• Migas Taco: tortilla chips with salsa, eggs, pickled red onion and queso fresco for $3
• Huevos con Carne Taco: grilled steak, peppers and onion with eggs and spicy tomato salsa for $4
• Chorizo Verde Taco: crispy potatoes with green chorizo and eggs for $3
All of the tacos will be served on housemade flour tortillas, according to the restaurants.
