CHICAGO — An 18-year-old man was killed and six others were wounded in shootings around the city between Tuesday morning and Wednesday morning, police said.

The fatal shooting, which also left three other men wounded, occurred late Tuesday night in the Gage Park neighborhood, police said.

• Most recently, just after 3 a.m. Wednesday morning, a 33-year-old man was standing on the corner of 63rd Street and Richmond Avenue in Marquette Park when someone shot at him out of a passing car, according to Officer Jose Estrada, a Chicago Police spokesman.

The man was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital with a gunshot wound in his arm, Estrada said. Police could not provide his condition but said he was "stable."

Police said the man is a documented gang member.

• Around 10:45 p.m. Tuesday night, a 30-year-old man was walking in the 100 block of West 95th Street in Roseland when a man walked up and shot at him, Estrada said.

The man was brought to Advocate Christ Medical Center, Estrada said, where he was "stable" after being treated for a gunshot wound in his abdomen.

• About 50 minutes earlier, a 24-year-old man was standing in an alley in the 2400 block of North McVicker Avenue in Belmont Cragin when someone pulled up in a black car and shot at him, Estrada said.

The man was brought to Loyola Hospital, Estrada said, where he was listed in fair condition with gunshot wounds in his back, abdomen and arm.

Police said the man is a documented gang member.
