DOWNTOWN — A busy ramp connecting Lake Shore Drive to Wacker Drive has been closed for repairs that will last well into summer.
The westbound ramp to Upper Wacker Drive will be closed until April 22, when it reopens for the NFL Draft. The ramp will be closed for another six weeks after the draft ends April 30, the city said.
The ramp is undergoing structural repairs that began last year. Drivers are asked to use Grand or Randolph streets as an alternative to the Wacker ramp.
