CHICAGO — A 29-year-old man was injured in a Back of the Yards shooting on Tuesday, police said.
At 11:47 a.m., the man was in the 1000 block of West Garfield Avenue when he was shot in his leg, said Officer Thomas Sweeney, a Chicago Police spokesman. The man was taken to Stroger Hospital in good condition.
No one was in custody.
