Smith Village Invites Yoga Instructor To Caregiver Support Group

MORGAN PARK — Caregivers of adults with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia are invited to Smith Village from 6:30-7:30 p.m. April 5 for a discussion focused on relieving tension.

Diane Morgan, memory support coordinator at the retirement community at 2320 W. 113th Place in Morgan Park, will lead the discussion.

Yoga instructor Daniela DiBennardi will also teach the group some breathing techniques and light stretches aimed at reducing stress. The free support group will also include a question-and-answer session.
