CHICAGO — A 16-year-old boy was injured in an Englewood shooting Sunday night, according to police.

The boy was outside in the 6700 block of South Sangamon Street at 9:20 p.m. when two men walked out of a nearby gangway and fired shots, said Officer Jose Estrada, Chicago Police spokesman.

He was struck in his left hand and was taken to Stroger Hospital in good condition, Estrada said.

No arrests have been made as the investigation is ongoing, Estrada said.
