LOGAN SQUARE — Can American barbecue and Vietnamese food co-exist as one?

We will soon see as Analogue's chef Alfredo Nogueira and Dani Kaplan team up with Freddy Noinaj for a one-night-only pop-up event at Analogue.

The event, cleverly named Pho-Q, which should help those who have trouble properly pronouncing the Vietnamese soup. It's scheduled for April 4 at 6:30 p.m.

Noinaj recently returned to Chicago from Austin, Texas, where he ran the Hey-Ha Food Truck.

The four-course prix fixe dinner will feature smoked meats and Vietnamese dishes such as pho with smoked brisket and smoked gulf shrimp spring rolls.

Tickets to the pop-up are $40 and are available in advance at this link.

Analogue is located at 2523 N. Milwaukee Ave.
