UPTOWN — Real estate developer Cedar Street will meet with Uptown residents to discuss its proposal to redevelop the Aon building.

At 6:30 p.m. Monday, the community meeting will be held at Furama Restaurant, at 4936 N. Broadway. Plans include redeveloping the building at 5050 N. Broadway into 710 apartments along with two parking garages near the building, according to Uptown Update.

Of the 710, 107 of the units will be affordable apartments. A summary of the plan is available here.
