ROGERS PARK — A 17-year-old girl was shot in her lower back in Rogers Park early Monday morning, police said.

The teen was shot in a possible drive-by shooting around 2:45 a.m. in the 7100 block of North Clark Street, according to Officer Ana Pacheco, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.

She was taken to Presence Saint Francis Hospital in Evanston, Pacheco said. Police could not provide her condition but said she was "stable."

No one is in custody, Pacheco said.
