MCKINLEY PARK — A 16-year-old boy was hurt in a drive-by shooting in McKinley Park Monday evening, police said.

Around 6 p.m., the boy was in an alley in the 3300 block of South Hoyne Avenue when a car pulled up and someone inside fired shots, according to Officer Ron Gaines, a Chicago Police spokesman.

The boy was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where his condition stabilized, Gaines said.

No one is in custody, police said.
