Early Voting Starts Monday on Far Northwest Side

NORWOOD PARK — Voters may cast their ballots early in the Democratic and Republican primary elections at one of several locations on the Far Northwest Side starting Monday.

Voters should bring identification, election officials said.

Voters registered in the City of Chicago may cast their vote at any site in the city, regardless of where they live, for any reason, election officials said.

Registration services also are available at all early voting locations. Voters who plan to register to vote or change their addresses or names must present two forms of identification, one of which shows the voter's current address.

Ballots cast in early voting are final. Early voting is set to end March 12 on the Far Northwest Side. Ballots can be cast at 14 locations listed at chicagoelections.com including the Roden branch library in Norwood Park.

Voting is available from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Mondays-Saturdays at these locations in the 31st, 36th, 38th, 39th, 41st and 45th wards:

• Portage Cragin branch library, 5108 W. Belmont Ave.

• West Belmont branch library 3104 N. Narragansett Ave.

• Hiawatha Park, 8029 W. Forest Preserve Ave.

• North Park Village Administration Building, 5801 N. Pulaski Road

• Roden Library, 6083 N. Northwest Highway.

• Chicago Police Department Jefferson Park Police District Headquarters, 5151 N. Milwaukee Ave.
