CHICAGO — You'll want to stick around the city this weekend if you're sick of the cold.

After all, Chicago could hit a whopping 60 degrees on Sunday and 50 degrees on Saturday, said AccuWeather meteorologist Tom Kines.

There is a "50-50" chance of clouds and a bit of rainfall or snow on Sunday, but most of the weekend will be sunny, Kines said.

It will be "certainly a better and warmer weekend than what we just went through yesterday," Kines said. "The weather this weekend is something to look forward to."

Stay outside while you can over the weekend because things will get chiller earlier next week, Kines said, and there's a chance it will rain or snow on Tuesday or Wednesday. Expect high temperatures in the 40s, Kines said.
