ASHBURN— A man was wounded in a shooting as he got into a car in Ashburn Sunday night, police said.
At 9:05 p.m., a 35-year-old man was in the 3400 block of West 84th Place when a man in another vehicle pulled up beside him and someone got out and shot him, said Officer Jose Estrada, a Chicago Police spokesman.
The man, who shot in the stomach, was taken to Christ Medical Center where he was listed in good condition, Estrada said.
No one is in custody for the shooting, Estrada said.
