BEVERLY — A four-bedroom, 2½-bathroom home at 1505 W. 104th St. that's been extensively rehabbed is listed for $289,900.

Frank Montro, of Keller Williams Realty, said the 1,300-square-foot home was "overflowing with special features and brand new additions."

The first floor has new hardwood floors throughout, and there are new windows throughout the entire house. The furnace, central air and electric systems are all new, and the home has upgraded lighting fixtures and custom trace ceilings throughout.

"This home was redone with the modern-day open floor plan everyone is seeking," Montro says. "We took the previous, boxy floor plan and opened it up to fit what homebuyers are looking for."

The totally rehabbed kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and brand new espresso cabinets, and a new backsplash that "gives the home a million dollar finish," Montro said. The bathrooms have all been redone and upgraded with designer tile and glass tile border within the shower, and the basement has been completely refinished with custom-designed tile work throughout.

A bright, finished, carpeted sunroom in the back of the home opens up into the kitchen, and the home comes with a detached one-car garage. The house is close to the Metra tracks and other public transportation, and a number of public and private schools.
