Man, 20, Shot and Injured in West Town Saturday Morning, Police Say

CHICAGO — A West Town shooting left a 20-year-old man injured on Saturday, police said.

At 11:15 a.m., the man was in the 2800 block of West Hirsch Street when he was shot in his left thigh, said Officer Janel Sedevic, a Chicago Police spokeswoman. The man was taken to Stroger Hospital in good condition.

The victim was uncooperative, police said.

No one was in custody.
