By Kelly Bauer | January 25, 2016 12:40pm

CHICAGO — A shooting in Englewood killed one man and left another wounded Monday, police said.

At 9:18 a.m., the men were walking in the 2000 block of West Marquette Road when a man walked up and shot at them, said Officer Ana Pacheco, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.

An 18-year-old man was shot in his face and was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in serious condition, Pacheco said.

A 20-year-old man was shot in his abdomen and was taken to Stroger Hospital in serious condition, Pacheco said. He was later pronounced dead. The man was identified as Trevon Stiger, of the 2100 block of West 68th Place, in Cook County Medical Examiner's records. Stiger died at 2:57 p.m. at Advocate Christ Medical Center.

The shooter ran away and no one is in custody, Pacheco said.

The 18-year-old victim is a documented gang member, police said, and the incident might be gang-related.
